Service department was fine. However, after parts and labor the bill was over $1000. I then declined service but paid the $150 diagnostic fee. I purchased the part (cooling fan w However, after parts and labor the bill was over $1000. I then declined service but paid the $150 diagnostic fee. I purchased the part (cooling fan with motor) at advanced auto parts for $175 and installed it myself in less than 1 hour. So the bigger question is that you wanted to charge me over $400 for parts when I got it for $175. Then over $500 for labor when I completed the entire job in less than 1 hr. This does not sit well with me. I have been a long time customer with you for years and love my Sienna, but this is shady to me. Sincerely, Jason Yuknus More
