I bring my Tacoma to Al Hendrickson's for all service. Always a great experience. My service writer Klaus is exceptional. He takes the time to know who you are, not just a number. I've called in on short notice knowing the dealership will be busy and without hesitation he always makes sure my truck is taken in. Service has always been top notch . I would give you five-star rating except I still have issues with my truck and that stuff about not topping off my gas tank does not fly, first I don't do it and since my last visit I have given your rec issues with my truck and that stuff about not topping off my gas tank does not fly, first I don't do it and since my last visit I have given your recommendation a try, I have not put more than half a tank of fuel to see if that makes a difference, still the same, you opened up a case number of which no one told me what that even means, I was under the impression that I would here from at least Toyota themselves, not a word, I am running out of patience and ready to take the next step in getting my vehicle to run the way it is suppose to run or replace it.....................................
