I came to the dealership with 4 working tires and left with a piece of metal in my front right tire and a flat. When I called the following day I was told that I had no way of proving where the piece of m with a piece of metal in my front right tire and a flat. When I called the following day I was told that I had no way of proving where the piece of metal came from and that I’d have to pay for the tire in full. I found this really disappointing considering I have always brought my car here and purchased my vehicle here as well. I will definitely not be coming back. More

Normally the service center is wonderful. Chris K was off and made an appointment for me for Sunday at 10 AM. The line was so long it extended into the parking lot. Rather than taking people with appointment and made an appointment for me for Sunday at 10 AM. The line was so long it extended into the parking lot. Rather than taking people with appointments they were taking the next in line which turned out to be mainly walkins. After about 25 minutes online they finally said who has an appointment and then I was taken. A service that should’ve taken 45 minutes took two hours. I will never do a service call on a Sunday even though I work full-time Monday through Friday More

The dealer has good service but has to be careful to delivery back the car clean, I found my car full of bird poo, the service agent provide me a coupon for wash the exterior and when I complete the car delivery back the car clean, I found my car full of bird poo, the service agent provide me a coupon for wash the exterior and when I complete the car wash and open the interior was complete with black dust all over my cream seats, doors console etc, very bad More
