I had to wait a long time to get my service because my consultant was on the phone for 20 min. So another consultant had to help him out which was nice. I went in for 2 things, to fix my hood and an oil c consultant was on the phone for 20 min. So another consultant had to help him out which was nice. I went in for 2 things, to fix my hood and an oil change. They fixed the hood but didn't do the oil change because my consultant never put it in. So, now I have to bring back my car for an oil change, which is a big inconvenience for me. At least, I was able to get something done and the whole trip wasn't a bust. More
Hadn’t been to this dealership in a long time. Wasn’t sure what to expect. Jarrett was my service advisor. Extremely efficient and attentive to my concerns. Over the Christmas weekend I had an issue with my car. I was abit worried because of the holiday that i would not have my car to go to work. My intention was to get a rental for work until my car is ready. J met with Chris and he told me he would let me get it back on Monday which was understandable. On Sunday afternoon he call me to let me know my car was ready. I was so excited because it save me the extra money for rental. Thanks Chris for your service and making sure my car was ready before I expected. More
My buying experience was great. However, during the test drive, I noticed that the windshield was blurry. The salesman attributed the problem to the windshield needing to be cleaned and told me that he woul drive, I noticed that the windshield was blurry. The salesman attributed the problem to the windshield needing to be cleaned and told me that he would have it fixed. A couple of days later I noticed the same issue. I called the sales representative and he told me to take it to the service department. I requested some time off at my job to take the car back as instructed. When I got there, I stood for at least 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Someone finally asked how he could help. I explained the situation and took him to the car. After looking at the windshield, he told me to take the car back to the sales department. I told him that the sales department sent me to them. He then consulted with someone else and they finally opened a ticket. I was instructed to wait inside the waiting room. After about 2 hours I was sent home because they had to order the part. A couple of days later, once I received the confirmation that the part was in, I made an appointment. I couldn't keep the appointment so I rescheduled. I took another day off and took the car back to be fixed. I was informed that the technician who was to replace the windshield was out of the country. They casually told me to come back on January 4th. In the meantime, I am driving with my vision impaired by a blurry windshield and now I have to take off from work again on the 4th?? The best solution that I got was to drive up to the dealership early on the day of and they would provide me with a rental to drive to work, then drive back to pick up the car when ready.I feel that they should have kept the car and provided me with a loaner because of not only the inconvenience but the risk that I have to take to drive while looking through a windshield that appears to be coated with Vaseline. More
