Dishonest untrustworthy sales associates! I was very disappointed. I went to purchase a car. I had prior approval with capital one advised sales rep and fiancé agent provided amount loan was approved fo disappointed. I went to purchase a car. They with out telling me financed the loan through Southeastern Toyota instead and stuck me with a 10% interest rate when I was approved for 5% on pre approval. To make matters worse was advised that I would get 3 years service here we are 2nd year in was advised the service only covers 2 free oil change for the year and the 3rd year isn’t even here yet worst experience ever! Extremely dissatisfied. This is the second car I purchased with them will never do business with them again More
