Like I said before, I was very disappointed in the fact that I had difficulty getting in touch with a Service tech to inform me if my car was ready to be picked up or not. This was after five hours in the facility. Sometimes this happens so it’s very forgivable and I’m not troubled by this. I am deeply troubled from when the tech advisor on my automobile contacted me and expressed that my car would need an alignment. I asked if it was covered under the warranty. He said no. I asked how much was it he said it was $89. I then expressed concern with my 2021 Toyota Corolla having 7500 miles on it and needing an alignment. I then asked if it was out of alignment? I was told “it was not out of alignment but should have one as regular scheduled maintenance.” Needless to say, I was shocked and very concerned that’s such a proposal was spoken to me. I have leased or purchased five automobiles from Al Hendrickson Toyota and have never had such an experience as this one. As A result of this situation, I will have to question and challenge all additional charges above the free or warranty parts and service. The COVID pandemic has affected us all and I know Business has to be off based upon car inventory and parts inventory and the lack there of.
