I went in for an oil change and it was only supposed to cost $86 but I ended up paying over $2,000. They said I had boil leakage and everything and I just feel like I was horribly horribly overcharged for cost $86 but I ended up paying over $2,000. They said I had boil leakage and everything and I just feel like I was horribly horribly overcharged for the work they did. I will not be recommending out Hendrickson to anybody ever again and this is not my last review it's going to be everywhere. More

The service is poor. I reported that the car struggles to start. The issue was not correct as immediately after driving out and parked, I could not start. I had to get a jump start. Also, the switch on the d start. The issue was not correct as immediately after driving out and parked, I could not start. I had to get a jump start. Also, the switch on the driver door is unable to wind down the other 3 windows. My windows were working before I took it in for service. I called and was transferred all over the place and couldn't get to report the issue to the service personnel. I am deeply disappointed in your service. This is no way treat a loyal customer. More

I have to say I received excellent service. I had to return to the dealership when I noticed my tire pressures were not being reported after a tire rotation. The manager got the very mechanic worked on return to the dealership when I noticed my tire pressures were not being reported after a tire rotation. The manager got the very mechanic worked on my car who came out and explain to me that I had to drive the car for a period of time before the pressures displayed. He was correct, in 20 more miles the pressure displayed normally. All is well. More
