Poor guys, they were understaffed and you noticed. No called me, I waited for no reason. My keys had been sitting there for awhile. Overall, my visit was ok. However, I ended up spending over $6,400 to fix my car. I dropped it off on a Friday, 11/19/21 and was told to come pick it up on Wednesday, 11/24/21. When I pick the car up after less then 2 minutes driving it I started hearing a whistling & loud rattling noise coming from under. Since I was already on my way home and the fact my service person Klaus was off duty I decided not to turn back to being the car back. So I drove straight home and parked it until I was able to bring it back on my day off from work which was Saturday, 11/27/21 also when I knew my service person Klaus would be working. Anyway when I took the car with them for a test drive the noises had stoped. It turned something was a title loose had fix itself out. I asked to still take it in to check it out because I could believe those horrible noises had suddenly stop that easy. Klaus assured me that I would drive the car and if anything goes wrong to simply bring it back. My only complaint at this point is that there should have been some accommodation to allow me customer service transportation. The day I dropped the car. I had to walk to my cousins house on a rainy day, luckily that lives nearby and I ended up spending the whole day at his place until he was able to drive me back home after he was off working. Thank God he works from home - because I was able to wait there. Shuttle service ride home was not offered to me by Al Hendrickson. Almost the entire time the car was getting fixed I had to catch Uber rides to go to work when Al Hendrickson could have offered me even a cheap rental of some sort. I found it a bit lacking on that part of customer service when I had spent all that money getting my car fixed by Al Hendrickson. Overall. I feel more should have been done to accommodate me with transportation while my car was getting fixed. I could have easily went to Lexus, but I chose Al Hendrickson, but I kind of regretted it because at least they would have treated me bette there at Lexus with transportation. More
