Horrible dealership, disorganised, bad customer service, service department does not support Toyota warranty claims and never follow up with customer. I recently moved to the area and got a letter from Toyota of North America in regards to paint recall for my 2015 pearl white Camry. I called the phone number from letter they sent me from Toyota. They sent me here as it is the closest to my house and set up an appointment with a tech name anthony colon. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early and went to speak to him. I spoke to anthony colon and he sent me to Lexus as they do not have a body shop to speak to paul Nunez who is the collision manager there w out a car. I waited for paul and he told me to bring the car in. So he can take pictures and get the process started. So why did anthony sent me with out a car?! I did all the paperwork and followed the instructions. They told me to wait couple weeks so they can get approval from Toyota for the work. I contacted anthony to see where we stand and never heard back from him. Over a month of waiting an bit a single follow up really?! I contacted Paul Nunez in Jm Lexus he told me he had wrong email on file to send to Toyota. After numerous emails, un answered text and calls anthony contacts me back 5 weeks later claiming that only dealer that I bought the car from can help. This is not the case as I spoke to Toyota and they said any authorised Toyota dealer can help with this issue. I have never experienced this kind of service with any kind of business as a consumer of over 30 years. I am in market for toyota highlander. Buyer's beware. This is no way to treat customers in any kind of business. More
