As a customer for 30 years, I was disappointed w this past visit & chose to get the work done elsewhere, in spite of my long history w this dealer. Yes, the shuttle service is fabulous, but the price qu past visit & chose to get the work done elsewhere, in spite of my long history w this dealer. Yes, the shuttle service is fabulous, but the price quoted was outrageous and I couldn't help but think that the price quoted might've been a subtle way of encouraging me as the customer to throw up my hands due to the price, and give up the car so they'd have another used car on their lot (which all dealers are wanting these days). I don't know what I'll do in the future re: service, since my trust has eroded. Btw, no sanitization after the valet brought the car over to me, so I doubt that it was sanitized. Also, in the past when the car needed major work, the service person worked w me to find practical and more affordable options to get the car safely running and serviced. Not this time. More

I had a problem while traveling through the area. I pulled into Al Henderson on a very busy Saturday morning with no appointment. Chris’s L, worked me into the schedule.
