Al Hendrickson Toyota - Service Center

I was accused of ripping the weather stripping out of my car and told that Toyota will not fix it again. It is clear that there is a design default or improper installation, this is the third time. It is car and told that Toyota will not fix it again. It is clear that there is a design default or improper installation, this is the third time. It is a 360 degree malfunction. I tested the stripping when I got home and it is still loose. Thus what he is telling me that I cannot use my SUV as a utility vehicle as such it negates the purpose for my buying the SUV in the first place. Of course I am very angry. How can Toyota not QA such a minor (until it is not working and cause rust and mildew devaluing the automobile or making one sick.) part of the car be such a sore spot. Or, is this only the beginning making it my worst purchase ever. This coming from owner of seven Toyotas. More
