Al Hendrickson Toyota - Service Center

My service advisor James was good- the service however, was not. My issues were not resolved yet, I have videos of proof but since the tech couldn’t duplicate them on site I wasted 3 hours of my Sunday. No was not. Not to mention they scratched my brand new car down to the metal. Luckily it’s on the inside of my door but I refuse to be responsible for this when I turn my lease in. This is a frustrating process, I had to bring my car back today because the issues are still happening in which they clearly witnessed this time and now I am without my vehicle until I hear back from them. I am some what satisfied the Service Director has stepped in and is helping resolve my issues now and has ordered the part for my car, however the timeframe for delivery is unknown. I normally would give 5 stars but not this time unfortunately. More

After many attempt to want to buy my Camry, I was offered an amount so little it was borderline stealing along with the gross attitude I was given.
