The last time, I needed service, I will rate it as poor. Need Overhaul of the service dept. Talked to M/S Jessica in detail about problems. The message center is not functioning. Three days to get an answe Need Overhaul of the service dept. Talked to M/S Jessica in detail about problems. The message center is not functioning. Three days to get an answer from Al Hendrickson. Drove in for emergency service, they will not work, Service manager refuses to talk. M/S Jessica made an appointment with Mr. Oscar, he claims he has no record and tells that, it will take 3-4 hours. Went to inform M/S Jessica, came back to Oscar, work was finished in 30minutes. The only person responsible was M/S Jessica. More
