I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced at Toyota since I bought my truck in 2017. I will never come back for a service again after my last visit. I felt like I was being taken advantage of by the service de bought my truck in 2017. I will never come back for a service again after my last visit. I felt like I was being taken advantage of by the service department who tried to charge me for everything and anything. Shedrick tried to charge me $130 for a part I ultimately changed myself in less than 4 seconds before I left the parking lot. Part cost me $30 and I changed it right in front of shedrick before I left the parking lot. I was unaware 4 seconds of labor equates to $100. Total rip off and I will never give my business to this dealership ever again. More

Yes, Senor Oscar the service mgr. did a good job. Initially he tryed to put my job off for a month. I could not do a month later, So he called a few days later & said he can do it soon. Performed oil change and installed new windshield washer pump. Front passenger inner fender ( plastic) was not replaced correctly after installation of pump.
