My 2019 Toyota Highlander Hybrid with 10,000 would not start. I tried calling the Service Dept to talk with a mechanic knowledgeable with Hybrids but no one was available. My call was returned by Jennif start. I tried calling the Service Dept to talk with a mechanic knowledgeable with Hybrids but no one was available. My call was returned by Jennifer about 15 minutes later but we were disconnected and she never even tried calling me back. I called the Service Dept again but could not get through. I called AAA, they came out and jumped the battery and I brought the car in for service. It was repaired and while the car was in the shop I had a 10000+ check done. I take very good care of my cars. My suggestions: 1. If your service personnel are not wearing a name tag or name badge they should identify themselves to you. 2. During a vehicle inspection why can't your people check the tires? I got home and checked my tires and they were all 1-3 pounds under inflated. That should be routine and a nice gesture for your customers that are loyal to your dealership. 3. If a customer gets disconnected, please try calling them back. That is common courtesy. 4. When I got my car back it was full of bird droppings that were not there when I dropped it off. Why can't you make it a common gesture to wash my car when you give it back to me. To go above and beyond a customers' expectations should be something you should do every day. I'm in sales and I treat my customers like gold because they are very important to me. I go above and beyond every day and so should you. Also, I don't think it is very professional to have your salesmen outside the front of your dealership smoking and goofing around. It looks bad and who wants to walk in your front door through a cloud of smoke. Just a few suggestions to help you make me want to come back. More
