Dear Gary: The issue at your dealership stems from the top down. I asked that Mr Al Hendrickson Jr call me back and to this date I've never heard a word from anyone at the dealership other than you which is now 3 weeks after my visit. I left 4 voice mails and no one including my service advisor even bothered to return my calls. I hope to never visit your dealership again.
