Jarrett Elder was great as usual. However, I had an appointment for 9:30, arrived about 9:25 and was not able to leave until 12:30. 3 hours is way too long to wait for an oil change when there is an a appointment for 9:30, arrived about 9:25 and was not able to leave until 12:30. 3 hours is way too long to wait for an oil change when there is an appointment made and kept.
