Unorganized and poor customer service. In accurate information was provided and scheduled appointment wasn’t completed properly. Didn’t collect my information and had someone else under my name and th information was provided and scheduled appointment wasn’t completed properly. I was told verbally that it would be a 1 hour, 1.5 hour wait. I had my daughter who is 8 with me. It ended up being a 3 hour + wait. Through lunch time. With a hungry 8 year old. It was a negative experience only because of the wait and lunch, and covid fear. I would still recommend your facility because that wasnt really the problem. I understand things are crappy since covid and its hard to really be accurate with wait times. I would just tell a friend to get a more accurate wait time More
