Forgot something I went in for a nail in a tire, which was resolved by putting a tire on to replace, but I still have warning that my windshield wiper fluid is low whe I went in for a nail in a tire, which was resolved by putting a tire on to replace, but I still have warning that my windshield wiper fluid is low when on the service report it says it was checked. So.. makes me go hmmmmmm?!. More

I came in for a possible needed tire patch. Service person said there is a nail too close to wall. Cant patch. Need new tire. New tire is $275. I said no thanks. Put tire back on. Service person said t person said there is a nail too close to wall. Cant patch. Need new tire. New tire is $275. I said no thanks. Put tire back on. Service person said they have to put spare on not safe to drive with tire. I asked to see the tire and the nail. Service person came back 1 minute later and said its fine you can drive it, its ready. Dont need spare. Went to costco and they patched it no problem. Nail was not near tire wall. I believe I was being taken advantage of and this dealer should be ashamed, betting that I'm desperate enough to fall for this. More

Stolen Tires My wife's Toyota had it's 4 wheels stolen. we called Henry in the Service Dept. who made sure the tow truck went to pick up the car. They even brou My wife's Toyota had it's 4 wheels stolen. we called Henry in the Service Dept. who made sure the tow truck went to pick up the car. They even brought the 4 spare tires so they could tow it. When we arrived with the car he was very empathetic and assured they would take care of the car. More

Staff was courteous. I wish the lobby was more updated and clean. My wait was about an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. I have waited much longer at other Toyota service locations, so and clean. My wait was about an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation.
