SURPRISE CALL… Ok sometimes they are over full and the schedule does not work for everyone and you have to wait a long time, but there is the option to come back later and catch a ride with them… I receiv schedule does not work for everyone and you have to wait a long time, but there is the option to come back later and catch a ride with them… I received a call today from the service center, my chair been giving some problems and I needed to be fixed… 3 times now they try to fix it for me at the shop, but unfortunately keeps on opening again…. Well, the call, the technician Isai Lopez and manager ordered the missing part for me and surprised me with a phone call today to have the chair permanently fixed…. YAY… I feel appreciated… I did not have to ask, beg, none of that… they just did… Thank you guys, your surprise did not go unnoticed… thank you Al Hendrickson, thank you Isai Lopez, see you Saturday for the install and fix, I guess I’ll get to meet you then….
