Amazing service from Jason tuck I came in Wednesday for a oil change and had Jason Tuck as my service consultant. He was friendly, understanding, and made me feel like me and my car I came in Wednesday for a oil change and had Jason Tuck as my service consultant. No good! This is not a complaint against the service nor the rep (Robert). it's against the charge.. I took my car miles before the car reached the 35,000 and This is not a complaint against the service nor the rep (Robert). it's against the charge.. I took my car miles before the car reached the 35,000 and talk to Oscar about a noise in my AC. It was a saturday and it was a pretty busy day for you. He told me to bring the car some other day to see the AC, Today you will have only your oil change. I said OK, but please make a note and do not forget about... I bought last 8th of august and Oscar was Off, so I talked to Robert, I explained about my AC, but he said there was nothing on the records... I said: well may be Oscar didn't write well the note, but he gave me his word he wouldn't forget. Well, the thing is that I paid for the labor... It is not a matter of $80, but the aptitud... Not good! More
