So my friend and I left and came to you guys here at AL Packer Ford, we asked for some assistance and Mr. Nathaniel Burgess came out and assisted me. I was looking at a 2017 Ford Explorer, Mr. Burgess got the keys and we went over the vehicle, I drove it up to the main building and we went over the paperwork to purchase the vehicle. Mr. Burgess was courteous and efficient, he didn't beat around the bush and was straightforward with everything about the vehicle. I brought the truck back to have the Xzlon process done to the truck, I spoke to Mr. Zack in your service area, he took the vehicle to have the process done and when it was completed he came and got me from the waiting room. He was also very courteous and explain things a far as what my warranty covered. The people you have working for your dealership are very good at what they do from sells department, financial department, to service. More
