Vehicle Serviced I was smelling gas fumes inside my vehicle which brought me in for service. Christopher Kleinsmith was very helpful in assisting me when I got there f I was smelling gas fumes inside my vehicle which brought me in for service. Christopher Kleinsmith was very helpful in assisting me when I got there for my appointment. He was very polite and respectful. After having the diagnostics performed on my vehicle I was told that I needed to have the PCV vent tube replaced. Mr. Kleinsmith told me that this would be covered under my extended warranty and he was very helpful in assisting me with getting a rental car so that I could leave the vehicle to be fixed.
