I purchased a new Ford Edge last month from Al Packer White Marsh Ford because of their great selection, competitive pricing, and professional staff. I contacted Steve Lefko via their website to obtain pricing. He provided me with availability and pricing that met my daughters need. Steve worked with his sales manager to provide me with the best price (the first time) possible. I contacted three other large Ford dealers in the greater Baltimore area and found that Al Packer provided the best price out of all three dealers. I didn't have to go in and haggle for two hours (old school). He made sure I got all the rebates I qualified for and didn't include extra rebates in his quote. I known Steve got me the lowest price possible, no buyer regrets here! This is my 22d new car purchase and I have to say this was the easiest negotiation I've ever experienced in a no pressure environment. The business office found a great (Ford) loan, fair interest rate, and a monthly payment that meets my budget. I will return to Al Packer's the next time I'm in a market for a new/used Ford based on their great selection and customer friendly sales approach. More
