Attentive to details, wonderful customer service Arnold Silverman was quick to respond to my initial interest in a "new" used Ford Flex. I told him what I was interested in, and although it wasn't Arnold Silverman was quick to respond to my initial interest in a "new" used Ford Flex. He kept me up to date with the progress of obtaining car and steps that needed to be completed. I live on the other side of the tunnel but when I am ready for another car I will contact Arnold. One phone call, no waiting for an answer and scheduled in a matter of second. Dropped my car off and received a call as soon as it was done. My truck as expected was pristine. Settled up with Casey and was on my way. Days like this only come when I am dealing with Casey and your service department. It's also amazing how she remembers who I am with all the people coming and going. There was only one disappointing thing.....cookies where all gone by the time I got there. LOL More
