Paul Mox delivers on an awesome service experience. I drove my 2005 Mustang Convertible that I bought new in to the Service Lane without an appointment around 3:00 PM with the check engine light on, rep I drove my 2005 Mustang Convertible that I bought new in to the Service Lane without an appointment around 3:00 PM with the check engine light on, repair the recall notice and to change the spark plugs. We had no expectation and didn't ask how long it would take. Paul said he would get someone on it right away. Within an hour Paul called and informed me a list of items needed and an estimate for each. I told him what to repair now and that I would wait a little while for a couple of the other items. Paul quickly gave me an estimate of the repairs I selected. Much to my surprise, Paul called me before 9:00 AM the next morning and said the car was ready. He also managed to get the total bill lower than the quoted amount. Paul Mox was very professional, courteous and friendly during this entire transaction. That takes the pain out of having an unexpected expense. More
