Service Department I bought a 2015 Ford Edge, Tubro Sport in October from this Dealership which my sales experience was great. First visit to Al Packer Ford Service This was my first visit to the service department at Al Packer Ford where I was promptly greeted by Paul Mox. He pulled my paper work recorded the odometer reading and said we are all set. He confirmed that I needed a loaner vehicle and escorted me to the waiting area and showed me the coffee machine and other amenities . By the time my coffee was brewed I was I was in the loaner! Always a good experience. I'm always pleased when I take my car in for service at Al Packer's. Antonio Mcdowell upheld this tradition. I wouldn't expect anything less for the service department. The work was done quickly and I was treated well during my visit. The only thing I cannot understand has to do with the scheduling system. After receiving 3 confirmation / reminder emails about my appointment (on the 12th, 13th, and 14th) when I arrived for my appointment on the 15th I was told I could not be located in the system. This happens each time I schedule a service appointment. It would be nice to show up in the system since I schedule my appointments at least 2 weeks in advance and can't remember what I've selected when they ask what I wanted to have done. This is not a complaint, just a comment. More
