Our experience exceeded 5 stars. My husband reached out to the manager Michael who was amazing. Michael had the vehicle ready for us when we arrived at Al Piemonte. All of the sales representatives were extremely friendly and professional. The dealership was incredibly clean and the vehicles looked fantastic. We decided to purchase the Genesis and we felt we truly got a good deal. All of our questions were answered and the vehicle was washed and detailed. I purchased my SUV from Howard back in 2014. This was the third SUV that I've purchased from them. I have has great service from them. When they where bought out by Al Piemonte I didn't know what to ex the third SUV that I've purchased from them. I have has great service from them. When they where bought out by Al Piemonte I didn't know what to expect. Well , the service has not changed. The service writer are very attentive to my needs. They treat you as family not as some customer. The service staff that work on the cars, highly trained, and treat they work on , as their own. I trust the service department with my life. More

Stopped in Wednesday, tire low. They checked pressure on all 4 tires and added where needed. Out in 15 minutes. Thursday, rear tire low again. Brought it in 7 am. Found a nail in it, repaired, done by 10 all 4 tires and added where needed. Out in 15 minutes. Thursday, rear tire low again. Brought it in 7 am.
