Good overall experience, the sales rep was friendly and genuinely wanted to help us. Would have been a 5 star rating, but there was an issue we felt was not fair to me as the consumer. The MSRP for our SUV genuinely wanted to help us. Would have been a 5 star rating, but there was an issue we felt was not fair to me as the consumer. The MSRP for our SUV was $71,800, which we thought was a great price. We went to the dealership thinking this was the price we would be working off of. We are aware of the inventory crisis, but have not yet sat down with a dealership to negotiate on a car until yesterday. Once we started the negotiation process, we were blindsided by the "above MSRP adjustment" which equated to an additional $8,400. Now I realize that this is most likely being done at every dealership so I don't want to single them out, but that is the definition of a bait and switch. In my opinion, the advertised price of $71,800 should have already included the "above MSRP adjustment" so we knew what we were walking in to. Also, the SUV we bought only had 3 miles on it and only came with one key. The dealership is rectifying the situation and ordered another one so that was very good of them. All in all, it was a good experience, but felt like the price adjustment should have been disclosed to the consumer. More

Dropped off my truck for three issues 1- vibration while Dropped off my truck for three issues 1- vibration while shifting I was told it was because of bent rims and they balanced my tires if rims are bent Dropped off my truck for three issues 1- vibration while shifting I was told it was because of bent rims and they balanced my tires if rims are bent you cant balance a tire the vibration is immediately after the shift of gears and stops that is not a tire issue and was confirmed by a local mechanic today he told me to drop it off Monday and he can look in to it further . 2- Temperature control is not working properly was told " they put temp to high and get heat put to low and get cold if its 90 outside and set to 80 fan will blow high to cool the temp" correct me if I am wrong but if you set your climate control to 75 degrees it doesn't matter what the outside temp is when its 75 inside your temp control should maintain your inside to 75 or is my understanding of the auto setting incorrect ?today at the mechanics garage I had the auto temp set at 80 because it was cold in the car he put a thermometer in the vent and the temp was 52 coming out of the vent (cold in the car) and fan blowing between medium and high I have had all my cars with temp control for years now and I always keep it set between 70 and 73 and we are perfectly comfortable I have this set at 80 and we are freezing !
