They had to switch it the following week. 3) When we came in for the service issue, Cory could not find our warranty info and input everything incorrectly. Scott had to straighten this out when we arrived. 4) They repaired one issue that was covered by the warranty. 5) They Charged us $196 after quoting $180 to repair a second issue that is a known correction for this year of vehicle. (Update pcm) In fact, there was a class action lawsuit related to this issue in this truck. 5B) You would think this would have been done before they sold us the truck! And if not, this would’ve been a free service, again because it is a known prior issue that led to a lawsuit! 6) The issue related to the PCM leads the truck to burn oil. Ours is burning a quart of oil every 500 to 800 miles! 7) they included a shop charge of $19.60 without explanation. I don’t mind paying such things, but an understanding of what is to come would have been nice. 8) When we arrived for vehicle pick up and I questioned these issues Cory was no help. He seemed aggravated with my questions and sent me to the service manager. 9) The service manager explained, “it is, what it is” and I paid the bill. Not a good experience! 10) We own a family business, if my customers were treated this way, I would go ballistic! More

Scott was super pleasant to deal with. But the pleasantries ended with him. The repair technicians told me my first repair wasn’t possible, ( which was corrected at another ford dealer) an But the pleasantries ended with him. Bought a used truck and I felt there was something wrong with the brakes. They replaced rear rotors and pads and cleaned front brakes without any hassle at all. Lindsay kept me informed of the progress I also need to add about my sales experience: I was in a lease that was going to expire in a few months. I decided that I no longer wanted to lease and was looking for a good used truck. I found a certified F-150 at Spitzer Ford in the Falls. I was able to get out of my lease early. Patrick made the whole process flawless! He worked out a fair deal and guided me through the lease termination process. He even contacted lease company and set up to have the leased truck to be picked up at Spitzer. Great guy with great integrity - easy to deal with! The salesman, Darryl Williams was a great guy. He was very nice and very helpful. Darryl went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I stopped in the store to look at a used lariat that I saw on Autotrader (I was actually on my way to another dealer to buy a truck I had already looked at). I looked at it but wanted to see it cleaned a little better. I told Darryl that I would like to see it cleaner and if he could get that done, I will come back and take another look. Well, he got it cleaned up and I came back and bought it. Darryl told me to contact him if I have any questions or need help with anything. I found him to be true to his word.
