Two weeks later, when I began to look for a vehicle, I contacted Brian and told him what I wanted, and we had a deal done in 2 hours. fantastic service went in for a oil change and tire rotations and I didn't have a appointment. They service staff who seemed to be laughing all together on something fu went in for a oil change and tire rotations and I didn't have a appointment. Great Communication I was due for my 45,000 mile scheduled maintenance and an oil change. Nick called and said "I am going to be right up front with you, we have a proble I was due for my 45,000 mile scheduled maintenance and an oil change. Nick called and said "I am going to be right up front with you, we have a problem and you will not have your truck back today." After further discussion, turns out their machine that handles the coolant broke and that is why they couldn't finish the service. I appreciated him being honest with me and its not his fault a machine broke. Got me a courtesy vehicle and is going to send someone to to deliver my truck and pick up their vehicle once the service is complete. Appreciate the extra effort of making the phone call and getting me a vehicle to drive. More
