Absolute terrible company. I took my truck for an oil change to them, they left my radiator cap off after topping off the fluids!! This caused my truck to obviously massively I took my truck for an oil change to them, they left my radiator cap off after topping off the fluids!! This caused my truck to obviously massively overheat and caused extreme damage to my engine and transmission. I have confirmed the damage and the cause immediately by another more reputable shop. The Alan Webb Chevrolet office forwarded me to a managers voicemail who never once returned my calls, he instead had Sephora in the front office call me back and tell me to buzz off they will not be doing anything. Sephora straight up lied and told me my oil change vehicle report said my fluid was burnt prior to the issue, I have the report and there is nothing in the report saying burnt fluid. DO NOT EVER GO HERE More
