Car was not as advertised. After communicating with the dealership I was under the impression that the car was inspected and ready for sale/test drive. I let him know we would be driving from out of state and it was an hour drive. We made an appointment and made the trip to see the car for my daughters first car. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very nice salesman who then informed us our salesman was not available and he would get the car for us for a test drive. He came back and let us know that the car had not been detailed or finished it’s inspection so we could not drive it (it very obviously needed new tires). We asked if we could look at it anyway without driving it. He agreed to let us do that and he was going to check on the status of the inspection. It had not been detailed but that was ok—we just wanted to check it out. He came back to let us know that the car had many problems and would not be sold by them. We were quite disappointed and the salesman was very apologetic. We then left the dealership. It was extremely unprofessional to make an appointment for a car to be seen in that condition and to know we were traveling only to find out it wasn’t even fit for sale was also disappointing. More

Excellent experience with Jeff Anderson and the Sales Staff. I have only given two 5 star ratings to any dealership and I have dealt with alot of dealers and this one ranks at the top of the list!! The service dept. sucks. I have been taking my truck there for the last 2 1/2 years So that would be a total of 5 times for oil changes. Out of the 5 times , 3 of them was not good. 1- made appt on l there for the last 2 1/2 years So that would be a total of 5 times for oil changes. Out of the 5 times , 3 of them was not good. 1- made appt on line, got there and they said I made no appt. instead of working me in, they told me to come back in 2 weeks. 2- Had service done and tires rotated. Picked up truck got home and found out they did not reset the computer. Had to drive 7 miles back to dealer to get it reset. 3- Had service today, Tires rotated. Got home and they did not put the correct pressure in the tires. Had to do it myself at home. When you pay 30.00 for tire rotation you should not have to do it yourself. I will now be taking my truck to Carr GMC from now on. More
