Thanks Jessica Car was making such a horrible noise over the speakers that just being in the car was difficult and driving risky because of the distraction. When she tried to use my extended warranty she was told only good at selling dealer which is 25 miles or so away in heavy traffic, however they agreed to allow one time. All fixed now! More
