My car had a part failure due to very unusual circumstances. Alan Webb Mazda, especially Dietrich Blue in the service department, worked diligently with Mazda to get the back ordered part, gettin circumstances. When the part was finally available the dealer installed it promptly at no cost to me. I was very impressed with their professionalism. More
Horrible customer service not from the service department but from the sales department. I wanted to get a quote on my cars value and the manager did not authorize the quote till I chose one on their cards f but from the sales department.
