Very poor follow up with the original sales guy Blake. I came to to buy out my lease. Was told he was backed up and would call me back in couple hours when the paper work was ready. No big deal. Who wants to sit at the dealership waiting. That was a Thursday morning. I called Blake's cell phone on Friday and left a voice mail asking what was going on, never heard back. Saturday afternoon at 1pm I called the sales department and spoke with Jose, who knew my paper work was waiting. Told me Blake would call me. Blake was finishing up with another customer. 😳 funny I had been waiting for 2 days now. Sunday went by and then Monday I called in the morning. Asked for Blake, Chris told me he was off and would not return until Wednesday!!!!! I asked to speak to a manager. Jay, was very prompt and got everything taken care of for me before the end of the day. This was NOT the first time I had a bad experience with this dealership. Will I be back to deal with this location for sales, ABSOLUTELY NOT! Service department has way better customer service than sales. I have work in the customer service industry for over 20 years, food and retail. Never have I experienced such terrible follow up and communication. It's a CAR not food or clothes. Sad to say nothing was done at all to justify the terrible service. Alan Webb will get my return for service only. But I will NEVER purchase from this location ever again. More
