Allen Webb has a great manager in their service center and everyone's is ways super willing to help. Its the manufacture I am struggling with but these guys are highly professional and continue to speak h and everyone's is ways super willing to help. Its the manufacture I am struggling with but these guys are highly professional and continue to speak highly of the brand even though at times they take the brunt of consumer frustrations!! I have a brand new Nissan rogue and the air conditioning went out in 100° heat. Even though they were overly busy in the service department the manager took my car right in and cleared the code and the AC w went out in 100° heat. If I could I would rate this place a 0. We got a car from them that really should have never been sold. After 5 weeks the car basically broke down, and Alan Webb wouldn’t help us. We bought We got a car from them that really should have never been sold. After 5 weeks the car basically broke down, and Alan Webb wouldn’t help us. We bought it for 10,000 and they only wanted to give us back 6,000 and then have us buy another car from them. They are untrustworthy. They don’t care about you, they just care about making a sale because their business is so slow. The people there will argue with you and tell you the bad reviews are because of their service department, but that’s not true. It’s their entire business. They are shady, don’t even stop in at this place. They will sell you a lemon and leave you stranded. More
