I have been trying to get my tire fixed twice so far. The first time I was called the last minute saying the technician all called out and have to reschedule and the second time I was told everything ok The first time I was called the last minute saying the technician all called out and have to reschedule and the second time I was told everything ok till we got there telling us we had to reschedule. There is definitely a communication issues between service and the rest of team. I had very good experience purchasing the car but very bad experience with service department and we questioned about the timing and communication issues with service guy Adam who got really offended instead of trying to fix the problem just told us to reschedule. This is very unprofessional ! We purchased the sales contract via you but it seems like service team had no clue what they were doing. More
I bought a used car from this dealership in July of 2022. It took them SIX MONTHS to get me my license plates and registration. Every time I called and spoke to a different person I got a different story as It took them SIX MONTHS to get me my license plates and registration. Every time I called and spoke to a different person I got a different story as to why it was taking so long. Turns out they had sold me a car they did not have a clear title to! The red tape involved to get it took them 6 months to sort out. The purchasing process was smooth but as soon as I wrote the check (in full) all good service stopped and I was given the runaround. Very disappointing. More

Recall Issue rear safety belts. Told me they needed to order the part. Received a call the next day the part was in. Husband told her that we both worked and can't make do it in the mornings I Called today the part is in no appointments until Jan 17. I asked for a Saturday Appt they don't do Sat Appts. I explained to Jacob that we needed our car for our jobs and his response was then take another day off or drop it off on a Saturday and pick it up on Tuesday. This Service department will not work with us. Do not buy a car from them. More

Excellent service. After being outright lied to by our local Nissan dealership in Salem, Oregon, we started contacting other dealers and Joe Ramirez responded immediate After being outright lied to by our local Nissan dealership in Salem, Oregon, we started contacting other dealers and Joe Ramirez responded immediately and got us into a 2023 Leaf. Even though we were 75 miles away, he made sure the car was ready and helped us remotely until we could get up to the dealership. Once there, he made sure we didn't rush and took the time to study the car before buying. The finance manager, Hamid Safavi, was also incredibly helpful even though we were at the end of their day and worked with our lender to get the paperwork squared away, and is working across state lines to try and transfer plates from an old vehicle. Cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with an honest crew, and they restored the faith destroyed by our local dealer. More
