This is the second time we've bought a car here at Albany Subaru. The first time in 2021 was so pleasant and we've liked our crosstrek and their service department so much we decided to repeat the process th Subaru. The first time in 2021 was so pleasant and we've liked our crosstrek and their service department so much we decided to repeat the process this year when we needed to replace our 2nd car. We came in seriously talking about buying a second crosstrek, but the sales team helped us look at a few other models and we picked the Impreza RS by unanimous family vote. They were great with my 9 year old and she discovered a shared love of popcorn and anime with our sales team. They called around and found the model we wanted in her favorite color. If you live in the area and can make use of their service department, Albany Subaru is an incredibly easy and family friendly way to buy and maintain your vehicle. Highly recommend them. More

I normally hate the entire car buying process, especially the negotiation. However the entire Albany sales team was a pleasure to work with.
