Typically, I visit the Huntington Beach, CA location, but I was due for a visit so I picked this location. The main staff (Alan Poon) was assisting me. He was very professional and attentive to my questionnaires regarding my coverage and vehicle. The promised time was much later than the promised time (>30 minutes), but Alan came in multiple times to update me before I even got up. He was so attentive that I had no problem waiting. While waiting, the other staff (Victoria Cisneros) dropped by to have a quick chat about my book, which made me feel welcomed and I am just not another customer. While waiting, I noticed the staffs would come in to check on other customers as well. Overall, the staffs are very conversational, friendly, professional, and attentive to customers' needs. I would definitely come back and recommend the locations to my friends who have a Subaru. More

We truly did buy our car from Albany Subaru because of their service department and I had the pleasure of receiving a phone call from Aaron. I needed new tires this time, discovered during a routine visit. The service rep (I'm terrible at names, but they are all terrific) gave me 3 options before I left that day (I picked one then), and an appoin visit. The service rep (I'm terrible at names, but they are all terrific) gave me 3 options before I left that day (I picked one then), and an appointment 3 days later, with the info that it would take all day. Then I got my DMV renewal which required a smog check, which I didn't have much time for. I was able to add the smog biz at the last minute. When I arrived for the appointment, the new rep double checked my tire choice. I am always impressed by their attentiveness to client needs. The appointment went better than hoped-for as I was out about 2 hours early. My new tires are great and I can relax on long road trips. Best of all, the DMV biz is done! Subaru Service is great. More
