I think the pricing of a basic oil change has become astronomical at Albany Subaru. I was offended by your marketing with three levels of service packages and prices when I simply wanted regularly interval service. Furthermore my 15% Costco Auto discount was not accepted despite Albany service packages and prices when I simply wanted regularly interval service. Furthermore my 15% Costco Auto discount was not accepted despite Albany being the referral service garage. And prices are just too high. While I have used Albany for years, I’ll be looking elsewhere for alternatives now. More
