Failed to notice I had a completely rusted control arm with a bushing that was nearly disintegrated. A week after I brought it in for service I had to bring it to another shop to get these repairs. I am concerned because if the bushing/control arm failed then my wheel could have fallen off. This is a tremendous error that should have been caught in the multipoint inspection. More

We have been bringing our car to the dealership for regular maintenance since we bought it, but over the last year or so we have found the service garage to have very poor scheduling and timing.
