Purchase of new MX5 Wow! I have bought many cars both new and used over the years and I have never dealt with a dealer that I was more impressed with! Almost all of my in Wow! Almost all of my interactions and negotiations were by email and I was a bit nervous about that...I couldn't have been more wrong. Every thing went as smoothly and maybe better because it was in writing. I got an excellent deal on my ceramic metallic club (which they went and got for me at another dealer). I had received quotes from several dealers, some of which were out of state (because the color I wanted was just not available locally).The actually purchase/picking up of the car was so smooth, with "0" surprises! Car was detailed and prepared just how I asked it to be! Cassidy, Chris and Tony were just awesome to deal with, and I really made they work for this deal too! If you are looking for a good deal, and some awesome people to work with and for you, go see Alden Mazda...I was very pleased!! More

Unfortunately for me, Alden Mazda has chosen not to stand behind their product as my brand new 2016 AWD CX 5 GT developed major electric and safety problems within 2 days of driving it off their lot. 5 visits to the Alden Mazda service department within first month of ownership. They were all very "down to earth" and we did not feel the slightest pressure at all. They accommodated all our needs and put us into a great car within our budget. Two months later the car is doing well. Did well with the trade in. I asked to try out the sound system with gangsta rap and they brought me a Mo Deep cd. Who does that? I will begin my next search with this place. They stayed in touch with little things and sent me auto phone calls introducing the service staff. Just everything I could have wanted. More

I came from about 60 miles away and everything was ready for me - contacts and paperwork all in order by the time I arrived. Numbers were EXACTLY what we discussed. And they made it easy for me to leave with my car the day of my purchase. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough for an easy and smooth car purchase! More

I went to O'hara Mazda this summer after visiting several other dealers first. It seemed like a few of them in Raynham and Dartmouth Mass we still living in the 80's. Scott was quick to get back with a quote as I requested (a price for the car, plus an out-the-door price, including taxes, registration and the like, so there would be no surprises). His quote (of the dealers who had my specific car) was very close (<$50) to the winning bid. The distance from where I live was a bit much, but if the bid was better the other way, I probably would have made the trip. I only had a phone call and some e-mails, but otherwise, he seemed quite reasonable. More
