I have been to Alderman now 3 times and each time the service was exceptional from start to finish. Recently I came in with a battery issue and Adam and Logan were both fantastic with fixing the issue im service was exceptional from start to finish. I received really good service on my car. Logan and Adam were great to work with. They were able to let me know that my car battery wasn't holding a charge. Believe the one-star reviews and avoid Alderman like the plague it is. Communication is a joke -- they seem to have a policy to not return calls or respond to emails. No radio, no navigation, no satellite, no warning chimes or buzzers. Dealer's response: "it must have broken after we delivered the car to you -- it is your responsibility to fix it." They delivered the car to my door in Ohio without a working stereo, and then blamed me for breaking it! With 20/20 hindsight, I clearly should have walked -- no run -- away from Alderman. Non-negotiable price, non-honored coupons, high pressure sales on warranties and accessories, and no returned calls or emails. All in all, the archetype of the "bad used car" experience. More
