It would have to be a very good deal to do buisness with again. Offered 90 day warranty but didn’t lay out details so when things went wrong they refused to help. Rating Sales-8/10 Service-2/10 Management-8/10 Overall 6/10 at best In the end love the car and unfortunintly having to take care of some issues myself since they refuse to take care of so be extra cautious and look car over entirely to smallest detail before purchasing. The actual service experience at the dealership was very good. But even after making my appointment online I was hectored by texts demanding I make a service appointment. Another example of business using technology negligently with the result customers have a bad taste even if, as here, the product (actual service) is fine. One also wonders if Jack Taylor can”r handle text alerts, can they be relied upon to handle the computers under the hood? I believe the guys in the service bay do a good job and are poorly represented on the promotion side. Fix it. More
