After looking online at new 2023 Highlander, Ted Yohsnnes from Alexandria Toyota. I met with him & drove a Certified Limited & told him what I wanted. It was nice. They didn't wash my car and they wouln't take a coupon from passport toyota. I left the maintenance book (bright colored that says Jack Taylor Toyota) on the passenger seat for the technician to sign off on the 5,000-mile service. Also, this is the first time I have ever received Jack Taylor Toyota) on the passenger seat for the technician to sign off on the 5,000-mile service. Also, this is the first time I have ever received a car back from Toyota service where the car was not washed. If there is an up-charge on a car wash then I would have paid it too. More
