The service manager I was assigned to (Mohamed) was unprofessional. He does not answer calls or return voicemails. I dropped my car off for service at the assigned time and did not receive a phone ca unprofessional. He does not answer calls or return voicemails. I called the manager and left a voicemail and called again where I was transferred to Mohamed's direct line which he did not answer. I ended up receiving a phone call from the manager (right before closing time) who was apologetic and said that he would handle the situation and that my car has been ready for pickup. I ended up having to come back the following more to retrieve my car. More
This place is terrible! DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. I went in for an oil change. Got told one amount - got a receipt for said amount and at the end of the day was charged an DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. I went in for an oil change. Got told one amount - got a receipt for said amount and at the end of the day was charged an additional $30 in supplies and fees that was not on the bill! Then a diagnostic I was told was free ended up being charged for. This place used to be reliable but not they are dishonest about their practices and upcharge you in an egregious way. I will never be back here and I encourage you to go somewhere trustworthy and reliable. More

I just bought a 2023 Sienna. They estimated that the wait would be 8-12 months when I put my name on the list. It was just over 4 months and there was no dealer adjustment. The other weird thing is that they have to make sure they can sell to you based on what part of Alexandria. I guess based on skin color? No idea why I needed to get the OK to talk about buying a car.
