The service manager I was assigned to (Mohamed) was unprofessional. He does not answer calls or return voicemails. I dropped my car off for service at the assigned time and did not receive a phone ca unprofessional. He does not answer calls or return voicemails. I called the manager and left a voicemail and called again where I was transferred to Mohamed's direct line which he did not answer. I ended up receiving a phone call from the manager (right before closing time) who was apologetic and said that he would handle the situation and that my car has been ready for pickup. This place is terrible! DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. I went in for an oil change. Got told one amount - got a receipt for said amount and at the end of the day was charged an DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. I went in for an oil change. Got told one amount - got a receipt for said amount and at the end of the day was charged an additional $30 in supplies and fees that was not on the bill! Then a diagnostic I was told was free ended up being charged for. This place used to be reliable but not they are dishonest about their practices and upcharge you in an egregious way. I will never be back here and I encourage you to go somewhere trustworthy and reliable. More

I just bought a 2023 Sienna. They estimated that the wait would be 8-12 months when I put my name on the list. It was just over 4 months and there was no dealer adjustment.
