I used their express service for the 5000 mile service plus an oil change and an alignment. The intake process was efficient and the entire service was completed in an hour and a half. The service manager I was assigned to (Mohamed) was unprofessional. He does not answer calls or return voicemails. I dropped my car off for service at the assigned time and did not receive a phone ca unprofessional. He does not answer calls or return voicemails. I called the manager and left a voicemail and called again where I was transferred to Mohamed's direct line which he did not answer. I ended up receiving a phone call from the manager (right before closing time) who was apologetic and said that he would handle the situation and that my car has been ready for pickup.
