Being that Alexandria VW is 2-1/2 hrs away, I wanted to insure a trade-in deal before visiting. Farouk assured me that they would honor and accept a trade-in allowance quote from CarMax. When I presented t insure a trade-in deal before visiting. Farouk assured me that they would honor and accept a trade-in allowance quote from CarMax. When I presented the CarMax quote, they refused the quote because it was substantially more than their offer. Thankful that I did not make the trip, I declined any offer from them. I will not be visiting them again. More

Rob Rocheford is a great salesman, he went above and beyond to get me the car that I wanted at a very good price. Definitely recommend him if you are think about buy a new car.
