I thought this was a seamless blessed process. I don't know what Syed it's about signing the papers everything went flawless. He asked me to bring in my inspection paper from dc. These weird emails of things you omitted while I'm signing papers. I'll bring this car back I don't care about materialistic stuff and confusion is involved. Cuz confusion is of the devil. Unfortunately, my experience with my salesperson, Jamall Blake, was disappointing. He was unresponsive throughout the process and did not follow up regarding a repair he said he would discuss with the technician before my visit. After purchasing the vehicle, I left multiple voicemails and text messages to follow up, but I never received a response from him. Even when the dealership confirmed he was available, he did not return my calls. I really enjoy my car, but the lack of communication and customer service after and during the sale left me with buyer's remorse. More

Jamall contacted me after he saw I had previewed a car online. I responded to his voice mail, he told me what time he would be at the dealership, I got there a few minutes after he left. Atiq was a delight, and made sure I was able to drive away even when I had forgotten the title for my trade and there was an issue with finalizing some paperwork.
