He was patient, diligent, friendly and kind. Gary help me make my final decision about which car I wanted by stating facts and not pushing to give his opinion or for me to get what he thought was best. He also went over some initial key steps with the car, including connecting my phone to the car before I left. Phenomenal service! Joe the Finance Rep was on top of things; fighting to get the best deal for me. He was friendly and hardworking. You could tell they genuinely enjoy what they do for a living: helping others! The entire experience, which included other staff members who were assisting customers, to those greeting you when you when you come in at the front desk was great!!
