I test drove a vehicle in the rain and was contacted the next day by the salesman stating that there has been a lot of activity and if I want the truck I better move on it. I purchased the truck and during next day by the salesman stating that there has been a lot of activity and if I want the truck I better move on it. I purchased the truck and during the signing I asked about a 30 day warranty. The salesman laughed and said," that the vehicle is sold as is and we both know that nothing is going to happen in the first 30 days". I continued with the purchase and that was the worst decision. I drove the vehicle home on Thursday and when I arrived at home a 15-20 mile drive there was a large puddle of fuel on the driveway. I promptly called the salesman and he said that was odd, it did not leak at the dealership. Nevertheless, he said to bring it in on Saturday for service to look at it. I got in the truck on Saturday morning and it would not start. I purchased two new batteries at just over 300.00 and that did not resolve the issue. I called the salesman again and he did not understand how I could be having such issues. They had the vehicle towed and stated that the starter was bad, and replaced it. I brought the vehicle home and noted no heat. I called and was told that the Diesel takes a long time to heat up.....The next morning I went to use the truck and the starter was acting up and would only engage 50% of the time. I took the vehicle for an Echeck and was told that the vehicle was tampered and the Cat converter was removed. It is illegal to sell a tampered vehicle. I again called the dealer and discussed. They stated the vehicle was sold as is. I explained that the law applies to as is as well. They said that I could register it commercial and that would be okay. I called EPA and they confirmed that Commercial or not, the vehicle needs a converter. I have since contacted the EPA and filed a complaint. My only recourse is to file a civil suit. Buyer Beware...... More
I had been looking around for a Cadillac Escalade that was under 30,000 dollars but still in good shape. I saw a 2007 on the store's website and went in to take a look. As a female, I've had some unpleasa was under 30,000 dollars but still in good shape. I saw a 2007 on the store's website and went in to take a look. As a female, I've had some unpleasant experiences at car dealerships so I was a little apprehensive. Chip came out to greet me right away and showed me the Escalade. What can I say? It was spotless inside and out and the price was right. I bought it on the spot and financed through the dealership. Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. I will be recommending this dealership to friends! More
I contacted Fiat of Strongsville over a year ago, because I was starting to look for a new or used Fiat 500. I checked around at other dealers and also watched Craigslist to see what Fiats were available. I was starting to look for a new or used Fiat 500. I checked around at other dealers and also watched Craigslist to see what Fiats were available. When I was ready to buy ( I had decided on a new 500 ) I checked prices at other places and they were all about the same. Bob and Chris contacted me several times and continued to work with me on the car I wanted. This continuing work with me made me decide to purchase my new 500 from them. I look forward to their dealership continuing to be helpful to me as I get my Fiat serviced there. More
I actually purchased my fiat at another dealership....that didn't even have a dedicated fiat service department. I really wish I would not have given them my business at this point. I came dealership....that didn't even have a dedicated fiat service department. I really wish I would not have given them my business at this point. I came to fiat of strongsville and they treated me like i bought my car there. They took the time to fix the minor issues that I needed taken care of. They also went over the vehicle again with me and picked up where this certain other dealer left off. More

First thing we were bated and switched. After we decided to purchase we ask to have the engine checked. We have it in writing to check engine. Truck had to be delivered because of work to be done. We to to purchase we ask to have the engine checked. We have it in writing to check engine. Truck had to be delivered because of work to be done. We told Tony we would only be using the truck once a month to pull our Travel Trailer. After first use neighbor ask us to clean the oil up off road in front of his house. We contacted Tony and he said the manager so to bad, so sad you should have contacted us earlier. This was within thirty days. Now we have a truck and payments and can not afford to have the truck repaired at this time. We had to replace the wiper blades immediately to be able to use the truck and found the CD player did not work, a $300.00 repair, the lights in the dash do not work so you can not read your speedometer, and we had to replace the fuses in trailer brake towing lights. Obviously there is NO inspection of their used vehicles and do not stand behind their word or service. We would not recommend this dealership to anyone ever. More
I sent an email inquiring about a car listed for sale. Rather than answer my questions, I got a nasty response back from their internet sales manager no less. Fast food restaurants have better service. I Rather than answer my questions, I got a nasty response back from their internet sales manager no less. Fast food restaurants have better service. I would never buy a car from them. I cannot see how anyone would. There are so many dealers who compete for your business why would you subject yourself to them. I cannot imagine how they act after they have your money. I would give them an "F-". How insulting. Their owner should be embarrassed. More
Called in to ask about a car they had on the used car lot. I talked to Stuart about the car and he asked if I would like him to drive it to see what he thought and he would call me back. He called me bac lot. I talked to Stuart about the car and he asked if I would like him to drive it to see what he thought and he would call me back. He called me back and said everything is perfect. I drove down and he was with another customer, so Tony helped me. I asked to drive the car and the car had a flat. I seriously don't think he drove it for me, already lying to me? I drove the car and decided to purchase if they fix the tire. While driving home, I stated to hear a loud squealing sound. I got home and parked the car. I called the dealership and Tony referred me to the service dept. they said they couldn't do anything and pointed back at Tony for help. Needless to say I'm on a wild goose chase, and the dealership doesn't want anything to do with me now. I wouldn't recommend the dealership at all and would tell everyone out there - Buyer Beware! I bought a used 2009 Ford F350 King Ranch from Chip Orlando. I had looked at a couple of vehicles that they had advertised as "immaculent" and "flawless". Exaggeration of the truth was an understatem Orlando. I had looked at a couple of vehicles that they had advertised as "immaculent" and "flawless". Exaggeration of the truth was an understatement. On the first "Immaculant" and "Perfect" truck I looked at, I found some darker staining of interior, a missing brake pedal pad, some shoddy use of touch up paint and a computer indication of a fault in the TPMS. That was a complete exaggeration of the truth. The truck I bought had several noticable minor issues. One of those was a broken driver side seat shield assembly leaving all power seat control just hanging. Fiat of Strongsville officially stated they would replace driver seat shield assembly with a "We Owe You" receipt. I live an hour away so they mailed me **3Z-1662187-DA shield assembly. I also was told to have Ford install it and send them the bill. You see how well that worked for 7246221651 in his 3/7/2012 review. This part is not for the correct color of the truck. It is not for the correct year of the truck. Oh, and strike three, it is not even for the correct truck model. My salesman and representative for the company, Chip Orlando, seemed to think his job was done and didn't want to be "stuck in the middle" of the proper sale not being completed. I conversed through e-mail, with pictures showing improper part, and through phone. I even did their parts manager's job and gave them the correct part number while only getting one continuous unsatisfactory answer. That answer was that whatever part was delivered to me was irrelevant and the only thing that matters is that their completely incompetent parts manager has a receipt saying a shield assembley (note: wrong part for color, year and model) had been mailed and delivered and that Fiat of Strongsville obligations were complete. Four months later and I still do not have the part from them. With the price of diesel fuel and the one hour drive each way, it is easier to order the correct part myself, out of pocket. Avoid this company at all costs. The arrogance is astounding given the level on incompetence. The final sale is so important that they are completely ignorant to the concept of repeat buyers and word of mouth advertising. Oh, and to top things off, the loan due date came and I was paying for a truck that I had no title to. I even had to get another 30 day tag from the dealership since I couldn't register it. Fiat of Strongsville took 59 days to give me a title. Do yourself a favor and avoid Chip Orlando from Fiat of Strongsville, completely avoid the parts department and management at Fiat of Strongsville and simply avoid the headache of doing any business with Fiat of Strongsville.
