Doug welcomed us to the Alfa Family in 2018 & ever since then we have established such a great friendship. Even when I went to a different dealer one year-he would still continue to check in on us & send hi then we have established such a great friendship. Even when I went to a different dealer one year-he would still continue to check in on us & send his lovely postcards with his smiling face- similar to the one below. The lease on my current Tonale was ending soon & with the help of Doug & business manager James, I was in a new vehicle by the end of the week. I’m from out of town but they made the process very seamless. You can always expect quick, friendly & efficient service from these guys!
